How domizello works – for buyers, renters, brokers, sellers and landlords. Plain answers, no legalese.
What is the referral fee?
20% of your commission on sales and 10% on rentals, on operations closed with a lead that domizello sourced. It is only due when a deal with that lead actually closes. There are no monthly fees and no charge for leads that do not close.
Joining is free. The production fee is a separate, one-time cost-recovery charge for producing each listing’s marketing package, sized to its built area; see the calculator on the brokers page. Approved brokers receive launch credits for properties submitted before the promotion ends, according to their declared services.
The referral is calculated on the buyer-side commission for a sale and the renter-side commission for a rental, never on the property price. The rental rate applies both to the featuring broker and to a broker assigned the inquiry. If a domizello-sourced renter later buys the property, the sale-side rate applies too.
For the registered-page handoff exception, see when no referral is owed. For reporting and invoicing, see how to report a closing.
