How do rental leads work?
Every rental inquiry is handled by a rental-capable broker, including inquiries on direct-landlord listings. When a renter presses “Speak to an agent”, the broker receives a name-only notification and accepts or declines it. Acceptance opens the platform chat and the renter becomes the broker’s client; there is no direct renter-to-landlord chat.
