On Domizello, buyers and renters never deal with sellers or landlords directly – every inquiry is handled by a broker from the network. Rental inquiries – long-term or seasonal – go to rental-capable brokers; declare rentals among your services and those inquiries include you.

Protect the clients you already have
The buyers and renters you spent years earning stay yours: take a client-protection package, register them, and their inquiries anywhere on Domizello come straight to you as their broker. A registered client is never shared with another broker, with a competitor or with any other platform. We do not even keep the address – we store a keyed fingerprint of it, so not even a breach of our database could reveal your client list. That is also why the portal can never read an address back to you: you give each protection your own label, and whenever you want to know whether someone is already covered you check that address against the list.

First 4 free during launch
If we approve you before 15 October 2026, you receive 2 sale credits and 2 rental credits. A credit covers any property you submit before 15 October 2026; the approval, the shoot and the publication may come later. Credits apply to properties in Maldonado and Montevideo. For an exceptional property elsewhere we may produce against an individual quote. Limited quota, subject to availability. Credits not used on a property submitted by 15 October 2026 expire, and from then on the production fee at cost applies from your first listing.
No commission on your own deals
Keep 100% of your commission when you bring the buyer or the renter. You only pay a referral when Domizello brings them: 20% of your commission on sales, 10% on rentals.

Each property appears on Domizello only once. The first broker to publish it is the featuring broker: your logo and bio next to the Contact button. No duplicates, no price war on the same property.

Cross-post everywhere with watermarked photos, video and 2D floor plans, the listing's own shareable mini-site and ready-made QR codes for Airbnb, Booking, Mercado Libre and other platforms and sites – while the interactive 3D tour lives only on Domizello, pulling renters to your listing.

Domizello does not charge a commission based on the transaction value. The production fee covers the cost of producing the professional marketing package (3D tour + photos + fly-through + 2D floor plan + 3D floor plan with sun path + shareable mini-site) at the broker partner rate. It is paid once, up front, when your claim is approved and before the shoot is scheduled; during the launch period a free credit covers it in full. Domizello's revenue comes from a 20% buyer-side referral on Domizello-sourced sales and 10% on rentals, not from the production fee.

Sign the agreement
Once approved, you receive the partnership agreement to sign digitally. If you make the launch promotion, your credits are activated: 2 sales + 2 rentals free for properties in Maldonado and Montevideo. For an exceptional property elsewhere we may produce against an individual quote.
Publish a property
You upload the address and the listing agreement – sale, long-term or short-term rental. Each property can be published on Domizello only once: the first broker to publish it is the featuring broker. Once Step 1 is approved, we schedule the shoot and produce the 3D tour + photos + fly-through + 2D floor plan + 3D floor plan with sun path, plus the property's own shareable mini-site.

How much does it cost?

How are leads assigned?
For listings you published: we notify you first, by name. If you accept, we hand off the full lead. For listings without a broker (Dueño Vende, direct landlords) or SEO leads with no clear destination: rotation by area, language, and performance – sale inquiries across sale-capable brokers, rental inquiries across rental-capable brokers.
Can I have multiple agents?
Yes. As a broker you invite and manage your agents from the dashboard. Each agent can receive leads you assign.
What if the buyer came from my own site?
If the buyer entered Domizello via a link from your site, we treat them as your lead – no 20% referral to Domizello.
Do you accept any property?
No. Domizello is a curated marketplace. We review each property before approving Step 1 – we look for properties that fit the marketplace (quality, location, price, documentation). Not every application is approved.
What happens after the launch promotion?
A credit is used when you submit a property before 15 October 2026. The approval, the 3D tour shoot and the publication may all come after that date. Credits not used on a property submitted by 15 October 2026 expire, and from then on newly approved brokers pay the production fee starting from their first listing.
How do rentals work for brokers?
Exactly like sales: you publish the rental property (long-term or short-term) with the same production model and become its featuring broker. You manage seasonal pricing, the availability calendar, and renter conversations from your dashboard. And every renter inquiry on Domizello routes through a rental-capable broker – including inquiries on properties listed directly by landlords.
Can I keep publishing on Airbnb or other portals?
Yes. The professional photos, fly-through video and 2D floor plan are yours to download with the Domizello watermark, every listing gets its own shareable mini-site to paste on social media, portals or WhatsApp, and there are QR codes that link back to it – use them on Airbnb, Booking, Mercado Libre or in print. The interactive 3D tour and the 3D floor plan with sun path stay exclusively on Domizello: they are what bring renters and buyers to your listing.

Domizello is a curated marketplace. Every property goes through review before Step 1 is approved – we do not accept any property. We look for properties that fit the marketplace by quality, location, price, and documentation.
