Do I deal with the renters myself?
No. Every renter inquiry is handled by a professional rental broker. The broker qualifies the renter, handles visits and the paperwork, and charges the renter the customary rental commission. You pay no commission to domizello; whether the broker charges you the customary landlord commission is at the broker's discretion, as is market practice. You receive status updates as your listing progresses.
The renter contracts directly with the broker. Domizello’s referral applies only to the renter-side commission on a domizello-sourced closing; see the referral fee. The landlord receives status updates, but cannot read the broker’s chat with the renter.
