How domizello works – for buyers, renters, brokers, sellers and landlords. Plain answers, no legalese.
Why does domizello ask for a listing agreement?
Because it protects you. Only a broker with the right to market a property can publish it here, so the bad players can't. It also protects us: we only produce a 3D tour, video and photos for a property that is really on the market.
That is why the agreement must still be valid for at least 4 months when you submit: enough time for the shoot and for the listing to do its work.
Instead of the listing agreement you can also upload a marketing agreement: a short authorization for domizello, without price or commission. It must show the owner's full name, the property (address or padrón), the dates it is valid, and the signatures of the owner and your brokerage. Your commission and other terms are not needed; you may black them out. The same minimum validity applies.
A tip: where you can, use a listing agreement that explicitly allows publishing the property on third-party platforms such as domizello, or a marketing agreement, which says so already. It is not a requirement, but it makes your right to publish here clear and puts you in a stronger position.
This document is confidential: only the domizello team sees it, it is stored encrypted and we use it only to verify your claim. It is never shown to other brokerages or to buyers.
