How domizello works – for buyers, renters, brokers, sellers and landlords. Plain answers, no legalese.
What are the requirements to publish a property?
A signed listing agreement (or marketing agreement) with the owner that is still valid for at least 4 months at the moment you submit. Exclusivity is not required – a standard listing agreement is enough. And the property must not already be published on domizello by another broker or by the owner: each property has one featuring broker, first come, first served.
