How domizello works – for buyers, renters, brokers, sellers and landlords. Plain answers, no legalese.

What should I put in my listing agreement?

Your usual listing agreement is normally enough, as long as it lets you market the property on platforms. To make your right to publish on domizello unmistakable, and to show the owner what the publication brings, you can add this clause:

The Owner authorizes [your agency] to publish the property on domizello (domizello.com) for the term of this agreement. This may include a professional production at the property – an interactive 3D tour, a fly-through video, professional photos and floor plans – for which the Owner will provide access on a date agreed in advance and may indicate any spaces to be left out or blurred. [Your agency] may also publish the property on other portals or platforms as it sees fit during the term of this agreement.

Use it as is or put it in your own words; it is a suggestion, not a requirement. Whatever you use, the agreement must still be valid for at least 4 months when you submit the property.

Instead of the listing agreement you can also upload a marketing agreement: a short authorization for domizello, without price or commission. It must show the owner's full name, the property (address or padrón), the dates it is valid, and the signatures of the owner and your brokerage. Your commission and other terms are not needed; you may black them out. The same minimum validity applies.

What the production involves, and how the owner gets the home ready for it, is in the guide Property preparation checklist, which you can also download as a PDF to hand to the owner.

If you do not have an agreement with the owner yet, you can generate a listing or marketing agreement with your brokerage's logo and details, ready to sign, under Client agreements in the broker portal.
