Why is my property priced individually?
Our production packages are priced by built m². A property with no constructed area (land, a working farm), above 2,000 m², or outside our current launch area (Maldonado and Montevideo) has no bracket, so we look at it individually: after you submit, back office reviews the property and sends you a package quote through the platform. You pay nothing until you accept it.
