Is there an extra fee for rental listings?
Yes. A rental listing carries an annual hosting fee, in addition to the production fee. The first year is paid in advance together with the production package. Renewal is not automatic: when the year comes to an end, we send you a payment request to keep the listing online for another year. If you do not renew, the listing goes offline.
