What happens if I cancel a claim before the shoot?
It depends on timing. If you withdraw before any shoot is scheduled, there is no production fee. If you withdraw more than 24 hours before the shoot, no production fee is owed (a scheduling fee may apply only if we have published one).
Cancelling within 24 hours of the shoot, or after it has begun, may carry a single late or post-shoot cancellation fee at the published rate.
