Can I leave the platform, and what happens to my live listings?
Yes. Either side can end the agreement for convenience with 30 days' notice. Your open listings continue under the same terms until they complete or their listing agreements expire.
When a listing ends, nothing further is charged for it. Anything still owed at that moment, such as a referral fee on a sale that closed, is invoiced once.
