Domizello does not charge a commission based on the transaction value. The production fee covers the cost of producing the professional marketing package (3D tour + photos + fly-through + 2D floor plan + 3D floor plan with sun path + shareable mini-site). You pay it upfront after Step 1 is approved, before the shoot. Domizello's revenue comes from a 20% buyer-side referral on domizello-sourced sales and 10% on rentals, not from the production fee.

Pay the production fee and we schedule the shoot
Once Step 1 is approved, you pay the production fee – sized to your property (see the pricing calculator) – and we schedule the photo + 3D-tour session.
Interactive 3D tour, professional photos, and fly-through video
We produce the full package: 3D tour, photos, fly-through, 2D floor plan, and 3D floor plan with sun path (a time-of-day slider showing how light enters and shadows fall), plus your own shareable property mini-site to send to buyers or post on social media and portals.
Publication
Your property goes live on domizello. Interested buyers speak with a vetted broker that domizello assigns. You pay no success fee: when domizello brings the buyer, the buyer's broker shares part of their own commission with domizello.
Your 5-business-day right to withdraw
As a consumer under Ley 17.250 (Art. 16), you have five business days from signing the agreement to withdraw at no cost, and production is not scheduled until that window closes. If withdrawal is exercised after production has begun, only documented out-of-pocket costs may be charged. This right is also set out in the agreement you sign.
