Why am I asked for my identity document when I sign?
At the end of the signing session you will see a generic "Upload" dialog. It asks for a photo or a scan of your identity document – cédula or passport – not for the agreement. The agreement is already in the session; this upload is the last step before you finish signing.
We ask for it because the signature is electronic and no handwritten signature exists anywhere: the document confirms that the person signing is the one behind the document number you typed.
The copy stays inside the signed envelope at the e-signature provider, together with the agreement. It is not kept in domizello's own storage and it does not appear in your profile.
