Do I have to keep my listing information up to date?
Yes – this one really matters. While a listing is live you keep it accurate, and you report material changes – price and status above all – within 72 hours. Domizello's promise to buyers is that every listing reflects reality; that only works if every broker keeps their side of it, so we treat it as a condition of the partnership.
A listing that stays stale or misleading can be corrected or unpublished by domizello, and in serious cases the property can be released from the broker.
