Each property appears on domizello only once. The first broker to publish it is the featuring broker: your logo and bio next to the Contact button. No duplicates, no different prices or information on the same property. Claim your properties now before another broker does!

Your clients stay yours

Register the email address of a client you already work with, and their inquiries on any property on domizello come to your brokerage. For protection, we keep only a keyed fingerprint of the email address, never the address itself, so those addresses cannot be read back, even by us. An annual client-protection package covers the service.

Client protection applies to properties in your declared departments. Outside them, inquiries follow ordinary routing. Coverage changes apply to all your protections immediately.

Get additional buyers from the platform

Also, a Dueño Vende or landlord can access our platform and have material produced at a slightly higher cost than what we offer broker partners. They can upload their own property and attract buyers or renters directly on our platform, but eventually, these buyers will need a broker. At that point, we connect them with a partner broker to represent the buyer or renter in the transaction, which is business you would not have otherwise acquired.
